Recently Aircel had launched the Peek handheld email device in India. The Peek supports multiple email accounts with a unified inbox. This service is known as a Push email service is being provided along with the device. It is also possible to view attachments on the device.

Front Side of the device, the device is fairly thin and light while packing in a full QWERTY keyboardQWERTY keyboard and a large color screen. Being a single purposesingle purpose device, the battery life has been optimized and delivers several days of backup time.
Priced at Rs. 2999 only, the Peek is a decent alternative for companies looking to equip their employees with smartphonessmartphones for emailing purposes. However due to its single purpose nature, even a basic smartphone will provide much greater functionality.
The Peek data plans are available both on PrePaid and PostPaidPostPaid and the device is available in Black and RedBlack and Red colors.
